Questions and answers

What is a quorum?
How many gathered. Before the meeting — by "I will" answers, after — by actual attendance. You set the threshold.
Does it replace Zoom or Meet?
No. The meeting runs in your Zoom, Meet or wherever you already meet. Kworum brings people to it and counts who arrived.
Will Kworum find members for me?
No. It brings to the meeting the people you already have. They join by your link or from the catalog; there is no advertising or audience targeting.
How do people join a group?
By an enrollment link from the owner, by application from the catalog, or from the waitlist when a seat frees up.
Where do reminders arrive?
Email and Telegram, whichever the member picks. The texts mirror each other.
Do members have to install anything?
No. A member replies from the Telegram message or the email. The cabinet is needed once — to see where you belong.
How much do members pay?
Nothing to Kworum: only the organizer pays. If a group host charges for taking part, the member pays the host directly, through the host’s link, with no Kworum commission.
What happens if a member stays silent?
Nothing. Silence is not punished, the seat is not taken. Only the group owner can remove a person, stating a reason.
Does Kworum see what we talk about?
No. Kworum does not record, transcribe or store meeting content.
Who can see the group's meetings?
Only its members. The catalog shows the group and the leader; meetings, roster and quorum stay private.
Is there a mailer or a CRM?
No. Kworum sends only meeting reminders. Attendance history per person exports as a table from the Business plan.
